Organizations & access
How organizations, teams, and roles shape what you can see and do in CompliWise.
Everything in CompliWise happens in the context of an organization. Your membership and role control which modules open, which records you can view, and which admin actions you can take.
Organizations
- Switch organizations from the portal shell when you have multiple memberships.
- Data, dashboards, and product inventories stay scoped to the org you selected.
People, teams, and roles
| Concept | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Members | Individual users invited into the org |
| Teams | Groups used for sharing (for example dashboards) and ownership |
| Roles | Determine admin vs operator capabilities (exact labels depend on your org policy) |
Product entitlements
Licensed products (CertiWise, ControlHub, CompliCore, AI Governance, CompliAudit) are assigned at the organization level. If a module is missing from the sidebar, your org may not be entitled — contact an org admin.
