End-to-end flow for creating, sharing, and requesting access to dashboards.
Owners share dashboards with people, teams, or the organization; other members can request access when they lack visibility.

Flow
Create a dashboard with a sharing policy
In the portal, open Add Dashboard and choose a policy: private, specific people, specific teams, or organization-wide. Save creates the dashboard with the initial sharing settings.
Adjust sharing after create
Owners open Share on the dashboard, change the policy, and add or remove members or teams.
Request access when blocked
A member who lacks access submits an access request with an optional message. The owner is notified when notifications are enabled.
Approve or deny
The owner (or designated approver) approves or denies the request. On approval, the requester gains the granted access level.
Tips
- Prefer teams for shared ownership so people joining a team inherit access.
